During your first appointment,
I take a 3-step approach to tailor your massage therapy to your concerns, preferences, and objectives.
History, Concerns & Preferences
You will complete a detailed health history and I will interview you to understand your concerns as well as your treatment preferences.
Assessment & Treatment
During your initial massage, I am assessing your areas of concern and how they are impacting your body, while providing a therapeutic treatment.
Treatment Plan
Depending on your concern and your objectives, I will recommend a combination of follow-up treatment, as required, and home care.
